An interactive worksheet that really can show you
the affects of different saving amounts and how the timing of those
amounts can make a huge difference in your retirement nest egg. This is the sheet that I use in all my seminars and classes.
It's fun! Suggest you download this one and send it to all the young
people you know and care about!!
-
A neat and complex worksheet that actually shows you some future
projections based upon your inputs.
-
This is a simplified
worksheet for estimating your future retirement expenses and income.
It's based on one simple assumption: Your expenses will be
??? % lower than your current expenses. After reviewing our
discussions on inflation etc. you'll know that this is a simple
worksheet,
BUT IT IS A GOOD PLACE TO START!
-
If you use Quicken you don't need this but it is a good place to
start if you've never recorded your expenses and income and/or kept

If you don't have Quicken or Money use this
worksheet to record all of your expenditures. When I counsel with
anyone about
their finances, one of the first things I ask them to do is to keep
track of every
dollar spent for the next three months!

payment to your savings account! If your budget
isn't affected too greatly, then buy the car! Use the 6

This worksheet can help in that tough refinancing decision.

This is a typical
amortization Schedule. I do have fun with it when I play with credit
card balances. I enter various years until the payment comes close
to the minimum payment requested on the credit card statement. Then
I check the
total interest and the total number of years it takes to
pay off the
credit card.
-
Making extra payments can save $1,000's. This worksheet
shows you how much. It also has a great amortization feature. Shows
payments, interest paid over the life of the loan and interest paid.
Fun! Amazing how much an additional $100 a month can save over the
life of a loan. I don't know if it was my server or ?
But the first time I loaded this on my browser, it took FOREVER! I
suggest you just download it, click here:

a goal to eliminate the debt!

This worksheet helps you keep track of your warranties
but also may come in handy for all insurance claims. For
insurance purposes, I suggest you also video tape every room in your
house, paying close attention to all major assets.
Then set up a file for all the warranties and receipts. Some
folks even scan the receipts and put them on a CD for safe
storage
For those of you who may just be starting on the road
to financial freedom, please be sure that you see the outline,
